Kate is an insights leader with 14 years of experience in strategic storytelling and research. She excels at understanding business problems, identifying and finding solutions through consumer research, and coaching teams in developing customer-centered business strategies.
Kate has always been at the forefront of using technology to inform strategy and democratize insights. At Delta, she leads the Insights Hub, a searchable AI-powered library of customer and employee research & insights. She also teaches internal workshops on how to use AI in the workplace to unlock capabilities that have never existed before, while centering human creativity and teamwork.
